Peterborough Predators v MK Rumble

In the early hours of 20th November 2005 Stuart Allen died in a car crash on the A1M.  He was coming home from Milton Keynes after watching his team the Predators play MK Rumble.  In 2006 the two teams played a match in Stuart’s memory and raised money for charity.  The Stuart Allen Memorial Shield match started and this is the 10th year that it has been played by the two teams.  For fundraising, people give donations and a raffle and auction is held on the night of the match.

We are delighted and thrilled that this year the money raised is for the Bobby Scheme!  If you love watching ice hockey or, like me, have only ever seen it on TV and never been to a live match, please come along and support the event – it is on Saturday 18th June 2016 at 6.45pm  at the Planet Ice Arena, Mallard Road, Peterborough PE3 8YN.
